Parent Responsibilities

Tutor Responsibilities

• Tutors must ensure that student information — including names, year groups, and contact details — is entered correctly.
• Tutors must not add students to the platform without the prior consent of the child's parent or guardian.
• Tutors are solely responsible for their own fee arrangements with parents and students.

Payments and Fees

• Platform subscription fees are set and managed by individual tutors.
• Out of School Tuition Centre is not responsible for any fee disputes arising between tutors and parents.
• Subscription and tuition fee details are agreed directly between the tutor and the parent.
• Any billing queries should be directed to your tutor in the first instance.

Acceptable Use

• You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or any part of the platform you are not authorised to use.
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• You must not upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the platform.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice.

Intellectual Property
